Cancelation Policy

 All sales are final.
We only accept returns for items that were damaged during shipping. No other returns will be accepted. 


Returns & Exchanges

  If your item arrives damaged, you must email us within 7 days of receiving it at cc@beadkeepers.com to let us know. After that, return the damaged item to us.

  • If we have a replacement, we’ll send it to you.  If we don’t have a replacement, we’ll give you a full refund.

 You must cancel your order within 


24 hours of placing it.
Once  your order starts processing  it can’t be canceled or refunded.

After it's shipped, it falls under our return policy for damaged items only.

Once your returned item is received, we’ll inspect it and provide notification by email to confirm whether your refund was approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days, and sent back using the same method you used to pay.
     

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Contact your banking institution or credit card company As they may have separate timelines on refunds to accounts.

Exchanges

Exchanges

 We only exchange items that have been damaged in shipping.
To exchange for the same item, email cc@beadkeepers.com and return the damaged item. 

Shipping Costs

 Before returning anything, email us first. for a return number

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
     
  • If we issue a refund, the original shipping cost will be subtracted.
     
  • For items over $50, use a trackable shipping method
     
  • We’re not responsible if your return gets lost in the mail.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 We will not be held liable for items not received once the carrier delivers the package and the  order shows as delivered.  All  tracking information will be shared with consumer.
